Who We Are and What We Do
Deltakcloud is a small, independent business headquartered on Oginga Odinga Street in Kisumu, Kenya. We provide three core offerings to the residents, sole traders, and registered businesses of Kisumu County: professional services delivered by a prepared and accountable team, a structured appointment system that respects the client's time, and a curated range of products selected for their durability and local relevance. We do not operate as a franchise or a branch of a national chain — every decision about how we serve our clients is made by people who live in Kisumu and understand its rhythms. Founded in 2018 with a micro team, Deltakcloud has grown steadily by word of mouth, having served more than 600 clients across the county without a single formal advertising campaign. We measure our success not by revenue targets but by whether the person who walked through our door left better equipped to handle their challenge than when they arrived. Our slate-professional approach — precise, structured, and respectful — reflects the standards we hold ourselves to every single day.
How We Work and Where Our Limits Lie
Our process is deliberate. For service engagements, we begin with a discovery conversation, produce a scoped written proposal within two business days, deliver against that scope, and close with a documented handover and a 30-day check-in. For appointments, we confirm slots within the hour, send reminders 24 hours in advance, and arrive at sessions with your case notes already reviewed. For products, we refresh our range quarterly and hold real on-site stock rather than relying on drop-shipping or speculative ordering. We serve clients across Kisumu County and do not currently operate outside this region — if your need requires resources in Nairobi or beyond, we will say so honestly and point you toward the right contact. We are not the right partner for large infrastructure projects, regulated financial or legal advisory, or medical services. What we are exceptionally well-suited to are the day-to-day service, supply, and consultation needs of Kisumu's individuals and small enterprises. Our team of eight — five full-time staff and three part-time associates — brings a combined 22 years of experience in local business operations across western Kenya. We hold ourselves to one standard: if we cannot do something well, we say so rather than overpromise and underdeliver.
