How We Select What We Stock
Every product on our shelves went through a deliberate selection process. We ask three questions before adding anything to our range: Is it built to last in Kisumu's climate and usage conditions? Is it priced in a way that is honest value for Kisumu's consumers? And is it something our clients have actually asked for, rather than something a supplier pushed our way? The result is a focused catalogue without the noise of items that sound good but rarely serve our community well. We refresh our range quarterly, removing slow-moving lines and introducing new items based on client feedback collected through our appointment system and front-desk conversations. Our stock is held on-site, so availability is real — not subject to the supply-chain delays that affect online-only retailers operating outside Kenya.

Recurring Supply Agreements
Businesses that need a consistent supply of one or more products can enter a monthly agreement at a negotiated rate. We hold reserved stock for agreement clients and notify you in advance if any item faces a sourcing delay.
Transparent KES Pricing
All prices are displayed in KES and include applicable taxes. There are no surprise surcharges at checkout. Corporate clients can request a formal proforma invoice for procurement approval purposes.

Product Scope and Limitations
Deltakcloud's product range is focused and intentionally limited — we do not attempt to be a general hypermarket. Our specialisation means we know our stock well and stand behind it, but it also means certain categories fall outside what we carry. If you are looking for something specific and are unsure whether we stock it, a quick phone call or email before visiting will save you a journey. We do not currently offer delivery within Kisumu — all product purchases are collected in person at our premises. Bulk orders above a certain threshold require advance notice to ensure adequate stock is prepared.
