How Our Appointment System Works
Appointments at Deltakcloud are designed to eliminate waiting and uncertainty. You select a time slot — weekday mornings, afternoon blocks, or Saturday mornings between 09:00 and 13:00 — and receive an SMS and email confirmation within minutes. On the day, our staff will be ready for you at the scheduled time, with your case notes already reviewed so the session can start immediately. Appointments typically run between 30 and 60 minutes depending on the nature of the matter. For complex issues, we may recommend a follow-up slot at no extra charge for the consultation itself. Walk-ins are welcome when staff capacity allows, but a booked appointment guarantees your slot and a prepared team.

Appointment Availability and Limits
We operate Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with Saturday slots from 09:00 to 13:00. Sunday appointments are not available. We do not currently offer home visits or off-site consultations — all appointments take place at our Oginga Odinga Street premises. Same-day bookings are accepted if slots remain open after 07:00, but we recommend booking at least one business day in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. Corporate clients requiring multiple concurrent appointments should contact us directly to arrange a dedicated session outside standard booking hours.
